Eligibility
Flex Pay is available for purchases of $1,000 or more.

Payment Schedule
The total purchase amount is divided into four payments to be completed within 60 days.

Payment #2 / Production
Production begins after Payment #2. Once Payment #2 is made, custom orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Before Production
If the Flex Pay plan is cancelled before Payment #2, eligible payments will be refunded minus the $150 cancellation fee.

60-Day Deadline
Customers have 60 days to complete payment, followed by a 5-day grace period.

Merchandise Release
No item will be released, shipped, or available for pickup until the entire balance is paid.

Custom Orders
Because custom pieces are made specifically for the customer, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Early Payments
Customers may pay ahead or pay the remaining balance in full at any time.
